Delete from the app
- Open CalorieSignal and sign in to your account.
- Open Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm with Delete Permanently.
This removes your profile, meals, weight history, plans, feedback, and account-linked usage records from the active CalorieSignal database. Deletion of the RevenueCat customer record and revocation of Sign in with Apple authorization, when applicable, are also started automatically.
If you cannot access the account
Email the CalorieSignal Support Team from your registered address with the subject “CalorieSignal account deletion request.” We may request only the account verification needed to protect you.
Limited records that may remain
An account-independent, one-way installation usage digest may be retained for up to 14 days to prevent free-allowance abuse through account cycling. If a provider is temporarily unavailable, only the provider identifier or encrypted token required to finish external deletion may remain in a retry record until cleanup succeeds. Service-provider legal or security retention periods may also apply.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your CalorieSignal account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the relevant store's subscription management.
